1. How does the booking process work?

Register at www.oln-nailschool.de or log in with your login data. Once you have made a selection of which online training you would like to buy, click on the respective courses and click on the button with the price and the basket icon.

Now you will be redirected to our online shop where you can put the course in the shopping cart. Here you also have the opportunity to buy several courses at once, in which you add more to the shopping cart. Now you can register at the checkout, enter your details and select “Training” as shipping method, which is free of charge. Bank transfer and Paypal are available as payment options (Paypal offers you later more, such as direct debit, credit card or installment).

After successful purchase with Paypal you will receive an activation code by email within a few minutes. If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive the code by e-mail as soon as the money has been received in our account – this usually takes 1-3 days after the transfer. You enter this activation code in your account area on the Nailschool platform.

Your course has been activated and the booking process has been successfully completed.

2. How are the courses paid for?

The online courses are purchased through our online shop. After the automatic forwarding, you can register there and choose from the following payment options: Bank transfer Paypal Payment or direct debit, credit card or installment payment – all three selectable via Paypal. The online course is considered with the Paypal payment as immediately paid, with bynk transfer as soon as the money is entered into our account.

3. How can I imagine such an online training?

As soon as you have access to the course you have booked, you will see all the course content. These are photos, downloads, material lists and lessons. The downloads can be e.g. templates to collaborate, content to print yourself, step-by-step instructions etc. In the material list you will find all used products with link to the online shop. Among the lessons are the actual online courses with video and text area.

The videos are all high-resolution and shot to give you the best possible experience.

4. How long do I have access to the online course I booked?

After activating your personal code via the online portal, the respective course is available for 90 days. At the end of this time, your access to this course will expire. It cannot be activated again afterwards.

5. Can I book the course and watch it later?

Yes – After successful purchase, you will receive your activation code by e-mail. You can only activate these when you are ready to look at it. After activation via the platform, the period of 90 days expires.

6. Where can I find the activation code?

You will receive this automatically after successful payment. For Paypal payments this takes only a few minutes, for bank transfer 1-3 days, when the money is received in our account. If YOU have any problems, please contact us at: portal@nailschool.de with your name and date of purchase.

7. How long will the free workshops be available to me?

The free workshops are always available to you at any time. You can watch them as often and as long as you want.
